At Gearup Minis, we aim to deliver your second-hand diecast collectibles quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, delivery options, costs, and related information so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods (e.g. sales, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to notify you of any delays.

Each item is carefully inspected, cleaned (where appropriate), and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition as listed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
📦 Domestic Shipping (Within Malaysia)
- Standard Courier:
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping cost ranges from RM8 to RM15, depending on your location and the parcel’s weight. - Express Courier:
Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping cost ranges from RM15 to RM25.
We use reliable courier services such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, and DHL eCommerce.
🌍 International Shipping (Selected Countries)
We ship to selected countries outside Malaysia. Delivery times and rates vary based on region:
- Southeast Asia:
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.
Rates start from RM30. - Rest of Asia:
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.
Rates start from RM45. - Europe, USA, and Australia:
Estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days.
Rates start from RM60.
Important Note: For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link. You can use this to track your parcel’s journey in real-time.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
4. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, please understand that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Courier network disruptions
- Public holidays or peak seasons
Gearup Minis is not responsible for delays beyond our control but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues with your shipment.
5. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
We take extra care to package each item securely. However, if your item arrives damaged or goes missing, please take the following steps:
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving the package (with photo evidence if applicable).
- For missing packages, wait at least 7 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) before filing a claim.
We will work with the courier to investigate and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Shipping Address & Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., unclaimed, wrong address), the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Self Pickup (If Available)
We currently do not offer self-pickup unless otherwise stated. Any exception will be communicated directly during local events or special arrangements.
