1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure a fair and reasonable resolution process. A return request will be considered valid if all of the following criteria are met:

  • Damage in Transit: The item arrives visibly damaged due to mishandling during shipping.
  • Incorrect or Misrepresented Item: The product received is substantially different from the description, title, or photos on our website or listing.
  • Notification Within Timeframe: You contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any issues or discrepancies.
  • Original Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including any original packaging, tags, accessories, or promotional materials (if any).
